Item Details
A handwoven Northwest Persian Baluch runner rug. The elongated field of the rug is decorated with a latticed pattern of boxes in umber and rust, forming a chained diamond design. The field is bordered by a woven kilim segment and knotted diamond border is matching palette. Either end of the rug displays a woven kilim edge in umber, rust, and ochre with short wool warp fringe.
