Hand-Painted Faux Gas Table Lamp

A vintage hand-painted faux gas electric table lamp. The lamp features an ornate pierced and footed base which supports a short, round glass column with a perforated brass neck with a side switch. Above is a pierced bracket that holds the matching glass shade and inner clear glass hurricane shade. The column and shade are both made of green glass with hand-painted orange flowers and green leaves. The round shade has a constricted ‘neck’ with a ruffled opening at the top where the clear hurricane shade protrudes. It was tested and working, and takes a single bulb. No maker’s marks.
