A handwoven Persian rug with black border. This rug features floral, vine and palmettes motifs throughout the cream ground in blue/grey, tan, and burgundy. It has floral guard borders and a wide primary border which repeats the field pattern on a black ground, with overcast edges and a fringe to each end. The rug is unmarked.
