Acrylic Paintings on Paper of African Animal and Hunting Scenes
Item Details
A set of two acrylic paintings on black paper. Each depicts a colorful scene of African animals and hunters, utilizing hues of orange, red, brown, white, blue, green and yellow. Each piece is signed in white paint to the lower right with a signature that appears to read ‘Mahty’; however, no clear artist attribution could be made. The works are presented under glass in brown wooden frames with hanging wire to the verso of each. Similar pieces can be found under Item #17IND050-032.
Condition
- paper is slightly buckled inside frames; scuffing, scratching and edge wear to frames; loose joints to frames; items would benefit from cleaning; small holes and gallery stickers to frames’ paper backings.

- measures one frame; each visible image measures 11.5" W x 8.5" H.
