A vintage Chippendale style cherry block front double chest by Permacraft. This rectangular top chest features a beveled edge and scalloped front trim over four block front drawers with brass tone batwing plates and bail handles with escutcheons terminating on ogee bracket feet. This piece is marked ‘Genuine Cherry Permacraft Sanford Furniture Company’ on a sticker and is marked ‘1313 Cherry Dbl Chest’ on the back. Also includes a gold tone key and an ad for similar pieces.
