Antique Chinese Hand Painted Plate

Item Details

An antique Chinese blue and white hand painted plate. The raised rim of the plate is decorated with an interconnected vine and flower border. The center of the dish is decorated with a pair of a bird sitting in water seeking shelter under the leaves of a lotus flower. The underside is marked with a six-character Kangxi reign mark, however, the plate was likely produced in the late 18th or 19th century.

Condition

The plate has signs of age.
