Hand-Knotted Persian Bakhtiari Style Mat
Item Details
A hand-knotted Persian Bakhtiari style mat. The mat features two panels separated and framed by floral bands. One side features an abstract tree pattern in yellow, taupe, ivory and pale blue on a scarlet field. The other panel feature a stylized vine and palmette pattern in the same palette. The panels are framed by a sawtooth band and a primary carnation meander border in ochre, browns and red. Is has overcast sides and wool warp fringe. Marked with production information to reverse.
