1879 English T. Furnival and Sons "Formosa Brown Multicolor" Transferware Tableware
Item Details
A set of 1879 T. Furnival and Sons Formosa Brown Multicolor tableware made in Cobridge, England. This antique set is featured in the Formosa Brown Multicolor transferware pattern and includes seven pieces with a cream background and scenes of cherry blossoms, birds, and other naturalistic elements amongst a geometric border. Included are two compotes, a creamer, a lidded sugar dish, a gravy boat, a pitcher, and a bowl. The pieces are not marked to the underside. These pieces match the tableware featured in lots 17IND040-158, 17IND040-305, 17IND040-306, and 17IND040-308 of this sale.
