Grundig Mid-Century Stereo Cabinet

A mid-century Grundig stereo cabinet with record player, model KS 737 U. The cabinet dates to the 1950s or ‘60s. The rectangular cabinet has clean, straight lines, with horizontal ribs across the speaker on the front. The cabinet is made a highly polished wood and is labeled ’Grundig’ to the front. The cabinet rests on square, tapered legs. The top of the cabinet is hinged and lifts up to reveal a record player and space for records. The record player is marked ‘Grundig Automatic 36’, and has settings for playing various sized records including 78s, 45s and more. Included with the stereo cabinet is a collection of vintage vinyl records. Also includes the original owner’s manual.
