A watercolor on paper of a cityscape by listed artist Lucian Lupinski (American, 1918 – 2002). Signed by hand in black watercolor to the lower right corner, the piece depicts a river traveling through a city filled with tall buildings. The watercolor is presented under glass in a stained wood frame with a white liner.A wire for hanging purposes is present to verso. Lupinski studied at Grand Central School of Art, the Art Students League in New York, and at the American Academy of Art in Chicago and is best known for his commercial work and portraits.

- worn frame finish throughout; staining to inner edges of frame; glass could be cleaned more thoroughly.
