A pair of landscape watercolors on paper. This set includes a wooden framed watercolor of a rocky cliffside lining the ocean attributed to Raoul Monory (French, b.1886). The piece is mounted under glass and features a wire for hanging purposes and a stamp reading ‘from the Estate of Colonel Raoul Monory, Officer of the Legion of Honor’ to the verso. The set also includes an unframed watercolor by Ukrainian artist Andronik Simontschuk and depicts a pond surrounded by trees and a bridge. The watercolor is signed by hand and dated 1944 to the lower right corner.

- worn frame finish; worn edges and lightly bent corners.
