A signed 1978 limited edition offset lithograph after the original watercolor by well-listed bird portraitist and naturalist Roger Peterson (New York/Connecticut; 1908 – 1996), titled American Robin. The image depicts a robin perched on the blossoming branch of a white dogwood, set against a robin’s egg-blue backdrop. Artist signature is printed and dated in plate to the lower left and signed in pencil to the lower right. This print is numbered 822 in an edition of 950, mounted behind black mat, under museum glass in a matte black composite frame, equipped to hang. Additional information about the artists and the print are attached to the verso.
