Crested Bowback Windsor Armchair

Item Details

A vintage Windsor crested bowback chair. This chair features a serpentine top crest with scrolled ends, over a bent back with inset combing with a bow shaped banister support rail extending out to form arms supported by turned spindles. The chair includes a contoured seat and rests on turned spindle legs set at an angle and ending in taper peg feet, with turned stretchers underneath for additional support.
