A limited edition offset lithograph published by the collection of Cincinnati Historical Society after an 1836 gouache painting by well-listed American artist John Casper Wild (1804 – 1846), titled View of Cincinnati From Behind Newport Barracks. The print depicts a sweeping landscape of the city of Cincinnati. Lined of rowhouses and riverboats line the Ohio River, and Cincinnati’s iconic seven hills rise in the distance. Numbered 239/1000. Certificate of authenticity attached to back.
