Attributed to Percy Thomas Oil Painting on Mahogany Panel "Fresh Flowers"
Item Details
An oil painting on mahogany panel, titled Fresh Flowers, which is attributed to British artist Percy Thomas (1846 – 1922). This painting depicts a woman in circa 19th century clothing standing in a darkened room featuring a wooden chair and grandfather clock posed clutching a red jacket and a glass vase filled with flowers. This painting has been attributed to Percy Thomas by Jackson’s International Auctioneers and Appraisers, however provenance is not present. It is presented in a toned wooden frame featuring moulded scroll patterning to the surface with affixed hanging wire to the verso. Printed information on the piece is also included.

- craquelure throughout; board has abrasion at top portion and scuffs throughout; scuffing to painted surface.
