An Elgin 400 day anniversary. This Elgin S. Haller anniversary clock is housed under a glass dome and has three brass finials on a pediment. The dial itself is made of brass with etched Roman numerals on a clock suspended by four brass columns. It is marked by S. Haller and was made in Germany
