A carved wooden orator’s stool from Tambanum Village, East Sepik Province, Papua New Guinea. This piece features a round seat supported by a pair of bent supports resembling legs. It rests upon a round base and is embellished with a segmented pattern composed of carved straight and curved lines. See matching items 17BAL044-172 and 17BAL044-173.
