A miniature picture frame by Jay Strongwater. This piece is made of a bronze- toned cast metal with red enamel front, embellished by colored crystals in the corners. The frame Includes a glass insert and is marked on the back.

Consistent with age and use. Small chipping along edge of glass and a small blue mark on one edge of glass.
