1973 Oil Painting on Board of Oranges
Item Details
A 1973 oil painting on board. In heavy impasto, this depicts an arrangement of oranges with browning leaves, and white blossoms against a mottled green ground. It is signed in ink in the lower right corner. It is sgaritto signed in the lower right corner what appears to read ‘Ros 73’, however no clear artist attribution could be made. This work is presented within a wooden frame with a gold tone linen fillet.
Condition
- frame has minor scratches throughout; paint is flaking off in the lighter colored areas; dust cover has a minor puncture towards the top; sticker adhered to verso.
