A watercolor and ink drawing on paper signed ‘Bagguley’ and attributed to American artist Richard Bagguley. The piece, titled Sailing, depicts two small boats navigating choppy waters. The painting captures the maritime landscape in muted hues of blue, red and grey. The image is signed in black paint to the lower right. A label is adhered to the frame verso from W.T. Burger Company noting the work as an ‘Original Watercolor, Line No: X10941, Frame No: 9497 (2 1/2’ -254+L89-994-254, Order No: 1003HP’. The piece is presented under glass in a wooden frame with gold tone gesso embellishments. The frame verso includes a label with artist information.
