An oil painting on canvas signed ‘Bagguley’ and attributed to American artist Richard Bagguley. The piece, titled New England Landscape, depicts an autumn landscape scene, with a view of country homes and evergreen trees. The image captures the New England landscape in hues of blue, green, yellow and burnt orange. The painting is signed in brown paint to the lower right. A label is adhered to the frame verso from W.T. Burger Company noting the work as an ‘Original Oil Painting, Registry No: 162826, Frame No: 866 ORN+1 1/4’ F&C-RR OLD, Order No: 07C-10632’. The item is presented without glass in a wooden frame with gold tone gesso embellishments. The frame verso includes a printed label with artist information.
