An oil painting on canvas titled Soleil Rue Norvins by French artist Claude Jousset (b. 1935). This painting depicts French street scene with sparse people and a street lined with shops. Lush foliage flows over the edge of a wall to the right of the composition in the foreground. This piece is signed to the lower left in paint as well as on the canvas backing. To the verso, is a biographical label for the artist and an informative label from W. T. Burgers Company, INC. Presented without glass in an ornate gilt tone frame.
