An oil painting on canvas titled Streets of Paris by Luis Sagasta (b. 1929). This painting depicts a street scene with a young woman wearing a red dress and holding a book. A flower peddler and other figures are rendered behind her. This piece is signed to the lower left corner. To the verso, is a biographical label for the artist and an informative label from W. T. Burgers Company, INC. Presented without glass in an ornate gilt tone frame.
Condition
- stains present to the right and upper portion of the composition; areas of paint loss present along the bottom edge; stains are present to the interior fabric liner.
