An oil painting on canvas titled Gentleman by contemporary Naples artist Luca De Sanctis. This portrait depicts a man wearing 17th-century clothing holding a chain with a blue and red stone at the ends. He is rendered in an outdoors setting with a stone building behind him. This piece is signed in paint to the lower right corner. To the verso, is a biographical label for the artist and an informative label from W. T. Burger Co., Inc. Presented without glass in a wooden with gilt gesso embellishments.
