Elgin Silver Co. Sterling Brides Basket and Other Weighted Sterling
Item Details
A collection of weighted sterling silver servingware. This includes a gadrooned and pierced rimmed bowl that rises upon a short pedestal base by Rogers. It is presented with a pedestalled brides basket compote with a latticework rim and arched handle by the Elgin Silver Company, and a stepped bowl with a flaring base and ornamented top rim by the Preisner Silver Co. Each piece is weighted and marked ‘sterling’.

- some scratches and tarnish present to all pieces.
