Hermès "Early America" Scarf

Item Details

A pleated silk scarf by Hermès in the Early America pattern originally designed for the French fashion house by Françoise de la Perriere. The scarf features a black and cobalt blue border with a menagerie of pink and red figures throughout. The facsimile signature of the designer, “F. de La Perriere”, is present within the print. The scarf bears a fabric tag to one corner marked, “100% silk”. The edges are rolled and hand-stitched, and the scarf is presented in the original box.
