An antique coin silver teapot and sugar bowl. The teapot features a fluted urn style body with an ornate flower on the lid and round base, marked ‘Lincoln and Foss Boston’ to the underside. The sugar bowl features two handles, a fluted body, a decorative flower on the lid and a round base. The base is marked ‘J.C.M New York’ along with a John C. Moore manufacture mark. Both pieces are monogrammed ‘Mary Wilson Moore’. The total approximate weight is 59.60 ozt.
Condition
- to fair. General wear and tarnishing present throughout; teapot had handle removed to remove ivory insulators (insulators are not included); creamer has loose top knob.
