1981 Signed Oil on Canvas Still Life Painting of Tomatoes
Item Details
A signed oil on canvas still life painting. The piece depicts a copper pot overflowing with tomatoes. The painting utilizes deep hues of red, brown, orange and green. The work features a fading signature in paint to the lower right; however, no clear artist attribution could be made. Writing to the frame backing reads, ‘April 1981.’ The piece is presented in an off-white wooden frame with hanging wire affixed to verso.

- scuff marks present to painted canvas at center and bottom left; scratches and chips to frame surface; writing to frame backing.
