Late Victorian Gouache Portrait on Milk Glass

A gouache painting on milk glass by an anonymous artist. This diminutive work depicts a quarter-length portrait of an unknown late Victorian man. This work is unsigned and presented behind glass with a red leather mat, in a gilt wooden frame that is wired for hanging.

- mat is stained throughout; several chips to frame.
