Framed Offset Lithograph "Shaker Bend" After Paul Sawyier
Item Details
A framed limited edition offset lithograph titled Shaker Bend after Paul Sawyier (American, 1865-1917). The print depicts the Kentucky River approaching a bend surrounded by lush vegetation with the rocky crags of the Palisades in the background. The original watercolor was painted ‘en plein air’ in an Impressionistic style, for which Sawyier was known. The limited edition print is numbered ‘797/1250.’ The piece is presented matted behind glass and mounted in a wooden frame with hanging wire affixed to verso.
