Rogers Jr. The artist has depicted a Bald Eagle flying in front of a range of snow-capped mountains. The highest level of achievement within the Boys Scouts of America organization is Eagle Scout. The print is signed in the plate with a copyright date of 1993. It has been numbered, 305/400, and signed in pencil in the lower margin. It is double matted and presented in a wooden frame with picture wire.

Condition

The print is in good condition, however, there is wear and tear on the front of the frame.
