A framed offset lithograph of a bald eagle after an original work by William Rodgers Jr. The eagle flies above a rushing river with evergreens along the shore. The legend below the image is ‘Golden Eagle Club 1995/National Capital Area Council Boy Scouts of America’. The print is signed in the plate. It is also signed and numbered 68/452 in pencil in the margin. It is double matted and framed in a dark brown molded frame with a picture wire.
