A group of twenty-three Postmaster First Day of Issue sets from 1974. Each set has a cancelled stamp on the envelope and a special sterling silver medallion enclosed in a plastic cover. Each medallion contains 0.8 ozt of sterling silver (92.5% silver, 7.5% copper).
