A marble bust produced by the studio of Ernesto Gazzeri, in Rome of an ephebus. This piece depicts a young Greek man with long curly hair and bear chest, looking down to his right. The bust is presented on an attached, turned pedestal. The work is marked ‘Genio’ to the front is marked ‘STVDIO GAZZERI, ROMA’ to the back.
