Vintage Shield Back Walnut Upholstered Dining Chairs

Item Details

A set of four shield back style walnut upholstered dining chairs. Features a rounded cutout shield style back with central wheat shaft and garland decorations near the top and columnar single splat that ends in a shell-like embellishment to the bottom. The seats are each finished in a striped satin fabric with a cream tone ground and stripes in warm brown and rust tones. They each feature an H-stretcher with two saber legs to the back and incised tapered legs to the front.
