A vintage Christian Dior Sportswear blouse and skirt set in a cream colored floral jacquard cotton. The collared blouse features poet sleeves with buttoned cuffs, gathering at the shoulder and hidden buttons down the front. The full skirt closes with hooks and eyes along the side and offers hidden pockets to the side seams. Both pieces are marked with fabric tags.
