A signed limited edition offset lithograph after the original painting by listed artist Frank McElwain (Ohio; born 1942), titled Tall Stacks October 14 – 16, Cincinnati Bicentennial 1788 – 1988. The inaugural event was scheduled as part of Cincinnati’s bicentennial celebration and became a recurring event. Numbered 242 in an edition of 475 and signed by hand to lower right. This print is mounted behind coordinating double mat, under glass in a thick beveled wood frame, wired to hang.
