Chinese Style Ceramic and Plaster Figurines
Item Details
A set of three Chinese style figurines. Featured are two painted ceramic robed figures, including one depicted playing a flute and the second shown carrying a lantern and birds. The ceramic items are unmarked. Also included is a Jaru plaster figurine in brown marked ‘Jaru, 218, 14’; the bearded figure is shown carrying a staff and wearing robes.
Condition
- ranges from Fair to Poor; head has broken off of one ceramic figure with visible repair and adhesive residue showing at the neck; cracks, chips and pitting to ceramic figures; some areas of chipping and paint loss to all items.
