Urban, published by the Hubbard Brothers in 1882, The American Boys Book published by Dick and Fitzgerland in 1864 and The Life and Adventures of Robinson Crusoe by Daniel Defoe, published by Crosby, Nichols, Lee & Company in Boston in 1860.
