Item Details

An Indonesian hand carved wooden display table, likely teak. Features a long rectangular shape with a thick edge to the top and two large panes of glass that can be removed to insert items for display. The through-tenon joints of the corners of the piece can be seen on the top. The thickly carved sides of the piece are held together by additional unfinished through mortise and tenon joints. The sides of the piece feature elaborate floral and vine details carved in relief.
