An antique mahogany box. The box features a rectangular, hinged lid opening to a six-compartment interior, each of which has a paneled lid with a ring pull. The exterior is fitted with brass straps and lateral-mounted handles. The box rises on a shaped, bracket base.

- to fair; scattered surface wear; one interior lid with a separated ring pull; some shrinkage cracks/joint separations.
