Harrison Begay Serigraph "Horse and Rider"
Item Details
An original serigraph titled Horse and Rider designed by well-listed American artist Harrison Begay (Arizona/New Mexico; 1914 – 2012). The image depicts a Native American rider on a painted horse, galloping across dry desert land with agave and juniper growing sparingly throughout the terrain. The image is executed in soft, flat, clean colors for which Begay is known. Artist signature is printed in screen to the lower right. This work is mounted under off-white mat, under glass in a beveled wood frame with a natural stained finish.
Condition
- discoloration to print and mat. Lower portion of mat has staining and accretion.
