1950s-Era Tootsietoy Die-Cast Cars
Item Details
A collection of nine Tootsietoy die-cast cars dating to circa the 1950s. These cars, constructed of simple hollow die-cast bodies with two axles and four wheels, depict vehicles such as a Ford Ranch Wagon, a Studebaker Lark and a military Jeep. The undersides of the bodies are marked ‘Tootsietoy ®’ and ‘Chicago 24 U.S.A.’

- general wear throughout consistent with age and use; significant paint chipping; some rust.
