Ken Griffey Signed Baseball

Item Details

A Ken Griffey (senior) autographed vintage 1970s Rawlings baseball. The baseball has, ‘Rawlings All Star Official’ on the panel above the signature. Ken was elected to three Major League Baseball All-Star games, 1976, 1977 and 1980. Ken signed his name with a green ink pen on the ‘sweet spot’. Ken was a member of the Cincinnati Reds 1970s ‘Big Red Machine’ teams and he is the father of Hall of Fame player Ken Griffey Jr. Ken Sr. and Jr. became the first father/son combination to play in Major League baseball at the same time; Ken Sr. joined Jr. in Seattle in 1990. His signature has not been authenticated.
