Item Details
An Indo-Persian long runner. This wool rug is hand-knotted in a palatte of cream, midnight blue, cerulean, and terracotta. It features a Kerman-style floral design with three medallions, a partly open cream field, broken borders, and a complex, resolved main border Selvedges are overcast, the rug finishing at either end with knotted cotton warp fringe. The rug is unmarked.
