These are known as German ‘notgeld’ issued during times of economic crisis by private organizations. This type of currency came into being during World War 1, and became highly collected, due to their colorful graphics. This collection includes one 1962 German Deutche Mark. The notgeld notes include one 1922 Cine Mark, one 1921 5, four 10 (one 1920, three 1921), four 25 (three 1921, one not dated), three 50 (one 1919, two 1921), and one 75 dated 1921.
