Vintage Boy Scout Signal Flags

Item Details

A pair of signaling flags used for The Boy Scouts of America organization. These flags were used for a merit badge skill set offered by the organization from 1911 to 1992 and were used to convey messages and communicate from long distances. The flags are held on cherry wood stain wooden handles; with the flag being half red and half white and separated by negative slope diagonal lines. There are no maker’s marks present on these pieces.

- light surface wear, staining and discoloration present on the pieces.
