A vintage bronze sculpture of Shiva as Nataraja. This lost-wax casting depicts the Hindu god dancing by standing on one leg on the back of a figure and is surrounded by a circular halo. Nataraja is a depiction of the Hindu God Shiva as the cosmic dancer, who performs his divine dance to destroy a weary universe and make preparations for the god Brahma to start the process of creation. No signature is present to the piece.
