An original 2005 oil painting on panel by contemporary Cincinnati artist and inventor Tom Lohre, titled Bengal. The image was painted on location at Cincinnati’s Paul Brown Stadium. It depicts a cheerleader standing proudly on the field as a massive crowd of onlookers fill the bleachers behind her. Artist signature is hand-signed in red to the lower right. The painting is mounted in an attractive composite frame with cast surface embellishments, antiqued gold tone finish, and a hanging wire. Lohre attests to be the first to have ever painted a spaceship from life; he also painted the eruption of Mt. Saint Helens from life.
