A limited edition lithograph on paper, titled To Roads in Unknown Regions, by listed artist Ben Shahn (1898 – 1969). This print depicts a clustered arrangement of stylized buildings fronted with Roman arches and rectangular windows rendered in a cream color reinforced with black outlines and a layering of black and cool gray. An in plate signature is found to the lower right corner of the composition. The print is presented under glass beneath single-layered matting in a metal frame. To the verso is an affixed certificate of authenticity from The Collector’s Guild, with a listed print edition of 820/950 found on the embossed portion of the certificate.

Condition

- discoloration to print; scratches to acrylic glass; wear to finish of frame; several small stains to mat.
